Short Bio
Raphael Hoerler is a research assistant at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences and has been working at the Institute for Sustainable Development of the School of Engineering since 2017. He is also pursuing his doctoral thesis with a focus on sharing and electromobility at the Institute for Environmental Decisions at ETH Zurich. His main focus is on the statistical analysis of large data collections, the typification of mobility users, and the modelling of dynamic interactions in the mobility sector, which are carried out within the SCCER Mobility Project. Furthermore, Mr. Hoerler is engaged in science communication, gamification approaches and participatory workshop design methods. Between his bachelor and master studies in environmental sciences at the ETH Zurich, Mr. Hoerler worked at the Swiss Federal Laboratories for Materials Testing and Research (EMPA) with a focus on the project MatCH - Material Resources for the Swiss Construction and Mobility Sector.
