Riender Happee investigates the human interaction with automated vehicles focussing on safety, comfort and acceptance at the Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands, where he is associate professor at the Faculties of Mechanical, Maritime and Materials Engineering, and Civil Engineering and Geosciences.
