Short Bio
Dr. Thomas Brennan Jr. holds a Bachelor’s and a Doctoral Degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, and a Master’s Degree in Civil and Infrastructure Engineering from George Mason University. Tom has spent over 19 years in research and consulting and is a license professional engineer registered in Virginia, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Dr. Brennan is currently a faculty member at The College of New Jersey in the Civil Engineering School. His research and scholarly interests include, but are not limited to, traffic operations, the development of traffic mobility performance measures, anonymous vehicle tracking (Bluetooth tracking/Cell Phone), Connected Vehicles, and infrastructure asset management.
