Short Bio
Cong Tran is currently a Ph.D. student in Transportation Engineering at the University of Canterbury. After finishing his graduate studies in the field of Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Department of Industrial Systems Engineering, Hochiminh City University of Technology, Vietnam National University, he earns the UC Doctoral Scholarship that supports him to pursue his research journey in New Zealand with the topic of optimal charging locations for the adoption of electric vehicles in the urban transportation network. He is particularly interested in interdisciplinary research toward sustainable development including urban transportation systems, network optimization, and green city logistics.
