Short Bio
Martina Fazio is a PhD student in Complex Systems for Physical, Socio-economic and Life Sciences of the University of Catania. The main topics that she deals with are the integration of discrete choice model with agent-based analysis for the simulation of urban freight scenarios, big data and GIS-based analysis, all applied in order to analyse and to fix the issues related to transportation planning. Her research exploits these tools with the aim of analysing current transport scenarios and understanding how to intervene to promote and spread the ideals of sustainable mobility.
